The Challenge

Summit Ridge Brewing Co. was growing fast -- but their systems weren't keeping up. The owner was managing the brewery with a patchwork of spreadsheets, phone calls, and sticky notes taped to the office wall.

Orders were slipping through the cracks. Inventory counts were consistently wrong, leading to emergency distributor calls and out-of-stock situations during their busiest weekends. Staff scheduling was a 4-hour weekly headache that still resulted in overlapping shifts and no-shows.

Google Workspace

Automated sync with the team's existing Google Calendar and Gmail. Schedule changes notify staff instantly. Daily sales summaries land in the owner's inbox every morning at 7 AM.

Alerts & Reports

Low-stock alerts fire automatically when any ingredient or product drops below threshold. Weekly performance reports are generated and emailed without anyone lifting a finger.
