Casco Bay Plumbing started in 2007 when Mike Thibodeau got tired of working for outfits that nickel-and-dimed customers and showed up whenever they felt like it. He bought a used van, printed his cell number, and promised people exactly what he'd want: an honest price, a clean job, and a plumber who actually picks up.
Eighteen years later we run a fleet out of a shop in Westbrook with eleven licensed techs — every one background-checked and trained the Casco Bay way. We sponsor the Riverton Little League, fix leaks for our neighbors on the peninsula, and still answer the phone when it rings at midnight.
